The original founder and brainchild of FLEX, Emily has been doing this job her entire life. At an early age, the center child in a family of 10, she took on the responsibility of providing for her handicapped sister. Emily handled her scheduling, doctors' appointments, travel requirements and general care. These experiences gave Emily experience at a young age and a knowledge of personal assistance. As a mother of 5 children, Emily's experience in multitasking, meeting the demands of an ever-changing schedule, and managing every detail of dynamic environments increased seven-fold. With an Associate Degree from Utah Valley University, Emily has combined her personal experience with higher education in order to provide the highest quality assistant services in the Las Vegas valley.

Growing up on his grandparent's fruit orchard, Tyler learned the value of hard work at a young age. Joining the Army at age 17, he jumped feet first into leadership and professional training. As an entrepreneur, he has learned the importance of attention to detail, timeliness, and professional service. With a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership from Southern Utah University, he has the education and knowledge necessary to compete in today's dynamic business landscape. His education is only second to his work experience including 20 years in the US Army (14 as a commissioned officer), professional helicopter pilot, and 13 years in civil construction, project management, and business development.
